What are the available shipping methods?

Presently, we ship all our products discreetly through USPS. We also offer USPS Priority Mail that usually take 2 to 5 business days, while our USPS Priority mail express does the job in 1 to 2 business days.

What is the stipulated time to receive my package?

The USPS Priority Mail service under our wing usually takes 2 to 5 business days for the delivery of products. In case your product is being shipped to California, then there are chances that your product will be delivered the next business day. But most orders will make it at your doorstep within three business days or at times it could extend up to five business days in case of any holidays or during the weekends. Similarly, the USPS Priority Mail express delivers the products within 2 business days and it might take a day or two extra during weekends and holidays.

Are the products shipped discretely?

We value the privacy of our customers and hence we deliver all orders discretely in USPS envelopes, where only the return address is mentioned on the label.

Can you ship products internationally?

Due to the costs involved and the unreliable nature, we have not yet ventured into the shipping of products internationally. However, we do have plans in the future and subscribe to our newsletters to get to know when we start shipping products internationally.

Can I track my order?

Once your product gets shipped, a confirmation email that contains shipping details is sent to your email id. Make sure to check your spam folder so that the email doesn’t get lost. Or else you could log into your account and click on the tracking option that will help you to track the order. Alternatively, an order tracking option is at the right corner of the site to help customers.

Is it safe to purchase on your site?

Absolutely, we can vouch for it. We have employed a mandatory SSL certificate along with various firewalls to ensure that you have a smooth purchase process on our site without getting hacked by any external user Also, we have availed the services of a third party company that checks for malwares and any potential threats on the site every half an hour.

What happens when my order is delayed?

We always make sure that your order is delivered on time. Any delay happens once in a blue moon and also only when the situation is out of our hands in the case of natural calamities to cite an example. However, you can contacts us anytime and we can sort out the issue as soon as possible. USPS should be your immediate point of contact in such cases.

Do you have the provision to ship to P.O and A.P.O boxes?

Yes, we do have that provision since we use the services of USPS for delivery. We can very well ship to P.O and A.P.O boxes without any difficulty in most cases. In case of any errors in the address, we will contact you to resolve the issue.

Can I place an order through phone?

We are very much sorry to let you know that we don’t have this provision at the moment. We only accept orders that have been placed online and also the payments are accepted through online gateways and not through phone or email.

Will I be receiving the same product as the one in the picture?

The answer is both a yes and a no. We operate with different customers and hence have an enormous database under our fold to ship hundreds of orders every single day. Some batches that we receive might have a different color than the one shown on our site due to certain factors. However, we assure you that all out batch powders and products have been tested for consistency and they undergo third party lab tests which stand as a testimony to the impeccable quality.
